1Report a problem, issue or complaint
Email us and describe what happened. One address reaches the team for every kind of problem — you do not need to work out which queue you belong in:
So we can act on it quickly, please tell us:
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
- the email address you sign in with, and your organisation's name;
- roughly when it happened, and a screenshot if you have one.
We aim to respond within two business days. Every message is logged and tracked to resolution, and you will get a reply even if the answer is that we cannot help.
If you are unhappy with how we resolve something, say so in your reply — complaints are escalated to a member of the leadership team rather than closed by the person who handled the original request.
2What we provide
Immensity is a software-as-a-service platform, sold to businesses on a subscription. It provides an AI workspace assistant that works across the systems a company already uses — email, calendar, documents, accounting and field-service tools — to answer questions, prepare documents, and run recurring workflows. The Services are delivered through our web application at os.immensity.com and through our iOS and Android apps.
The commercial terms are set out in our Terms of Service, and how we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
3Specific kinds of request
All of these reach us at the same address above — this is simply what to put in the subject line so it is routed correctly.
- Privacy and data-protection requests — access, correction, deletion, portability, or withdrawing consent. See Your Privacy Rights for what you are entitled to ask for.
- Deleting your account or your data — follow the public steps at Delete your data, or do it yourself from within the product; if you cannot reach it, write to us and we will action it.
- Security — vulnerability reports go to security@immensity.com, not the address above. Research done in good faith is welcome and we will not pursue legal action for it; please don’t touch other tenants’ data or run destructive tests, and give us a chance to ship a fix before disclosing publicly. The same contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
- Billing and subscriptions — invoices, renewals and cancellations.
