Delete your data

Public instructions · September 27, 2026

How to delete personal data in Immensity without closing your account, how to ask the Privacy Team for help, and how to delete the account entirely. This page is published on the marketing site so it is reachable without signing in.

1Delete data yourself, in the app

Most of your data can be deleted directly and takes effect immediately. Your account stays active. This works in the Immensity apps and at os.immensity.com.

  • Conversations — open the chat and choose Delete.
  • Documents you uploaded — go to Knowledge, select the document, and choose Delete.
  • Connected services — Settings → Integrations, then Disconnect (we delete the tokens we hold).
  • Passkeys — Settings, find the passkey, and choose Remove.
  • Consent / analytics — Settings → Privacy (on mobile, Settings → Privacy & Data) and use the consent switches. You can also open Cookie preferences.
  • Export first — Settings → Privacy → Export your data (JSON or CSV).

2Ask the Privacy Team to delete data for you

Some items have no self-service control (for example specific things the assistant has remembered about you). Email us and we will action it manually:

Immensity
Attn: Privacy Team
admin@immensity.capital
  • Write from the email address registered to your Immensity account.
  • Use the subject Data deletion request.
  • Describe what to delete (for example memories about you, a date range of conversations, or a specific document).
  • We verify the request, delete the data, and email confirmation. Verified requests are completed within 30 days, usually sooner. Your account stays active.

3Delete your account entirely

To close the account and erase personal data associated with it, use Settings → Privacy in the product, or email admin@immensity.capital with the subject Account deletion request. Full store-listing steps (what is deleted vs kept, retention) are published at os.immensity.com/delete-account and the companion data-only page at os.immensity.com/delete-data.

4What we may keep

Immensity is a workplace product. Some records belong to your company rather than to you personally, so we cannot remove them at one member’s request alone — for example shared finance records, messages in shared channels visible to others, and audit entries that an action was approved. Disconnecting a third-party service deletes credentials we hold, but not data inside that provider. Encrypted database backups may retain deleted material for up to 7 days; operational logs up to 30 days.

5Privacy Policy

Your rights and how we handle personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, including Section 10 (Your Privacy Rights) and Section 14 (Contact Us).
